The NCS31P Pharma Capacitive Point Level Sensor works with any liquid media regardless of conductivity. It's particularly suited for product / no-product indication in small lines sizes, optionally with a zero dead leg fitting in as small as 3/4” lines. Additionally, the NCS31P excels in applications with highly viscous media that may cling to the sensor tip. The Pharma design includes adpated product contact materials, certificates, and a stainless steel housing.
Capacitive point level detection in metallic vessels and pipes
Reliable detection, unaffected by the conductivity of the medium
Insensitive to foam or adhesions
Extended measuring range from Dk≥2 for difficult media such as oils, alcohol, …
