The ITM-51R Backscatter Turbidity Sensor enables active automated phase transition instead of passive time or volume control. That saves time and cost in the phase transition of any production process. In CIP systems ITM-51 can monitor the pollution of the rinsing or cleaning media and automatically switch to re-use or disposal. Other applications are separator or cooler control, yeast harvest and product quality monitoring
Compact design with clamp or screw process connection
Easy, flush integration in the line
Cost-efficient solution with high cost-saving capacity – ROI often within weeks
Extended accuracy for 200…300.000 NTU, accuracy up to ±3%, repeatability <1%
